In the Application dropdown list, select an application.
In the Condition dropdown list, select a condition.
In the Item Details section, enter the new status code data.
Select Add Item.
Note: Adding an item with a Default status will change the status of any previous Default item to Active. Because this data is cached, update the cache in any applications that use this data.
