In the Rule Property Details section, enter the new rule property data:
Object Type: To select the object type, use this dropdown list.
Sub Type: To select the sub type, use this dropdown list.
Name: Enter the rule property name.
Path or Function: Use the Path button to open the Path Editor. For more information, go to the Path Editor section of this guide. Alternatively, enter a name of a function for Function-based Business Rule Properties.
Value Type: To define the field's value, use the dropdown list.
Maximum Length: Use this field to set the maximum length of the value.
List(s): Used only for List-type Properties, contains a name (or several names of lists) from which the values for the property will be derived.
For Canned Response: if checked, indicates this property is to be used in Canned Responses.
Is Function: Used only for Function-based Business Rule Properties, if checked, indicates that the Path or Function field contains a function name, not a path.
