Add a Quality Transition

1. In the Privilege Classes section, use the checkboxes to select which privilege classes will be allowed to perform the transition.
2. In the Transition Details section, enter the new transition data.

   Note: Quality transitions are made from status to status. All possible status codes, for all conditions, are displayed in both the From and To dropdown lists.

   • From Status: To select the starting transition point, use the From Status dropdown list.
   • To Status: To select the ending transition point, use the To Status dropdown list.
   • Dialog ID: Choose Default or Custom for the Dialog ID. If it is Default, this field will populate automatically. If it is Custom, enter the custom dialog ID. Note: The Dialog ID is only used in Clarify thick client applications, but not in thin client applications.
   • Description: Enter a transition description if needed.
3. Select Add.
