Once a rule is complete, free of syntax errors, and saved to the database, it can be tested.
To test the currently displayed rule:
click Test. The Rule Tester box opens.
enter the object identifying value, i.e. a number for case-based rules
click Test
if the rule evaluates to a list of destinations they will be shown in the Destinations grid. This is the same list a user is going to see at the time of dispatch/assign.
if the grid is empty it means the object would not be auto-dispatched because it does not meet the criteria of the rule.
use Close or press Esc key to exit the Rule Tester box and return to Manage Auto-Destination Rules screen.
