Two optional schema items previously included in the FCFL schema file are now included as a mandatory item in the Dovetail Agent schema file. If you have not previously added these items to the schema, do so now. These items are:
The fc_color table (4606)
The fc_color_valid table (4607)
Add the following items to your database schema. They are documented in the agent_schema.sch file.
1 new field on table_ce_object (open_function)
2 new fields on table_ce_col (is_id, output_format)
1 new view: fc_mod_level_view
If you are using Clarify version 12 or above, expand the length of the price_program field on the demand_dtl table from 20 to 40 characters. This allows the denormalized price_program field on demand_dtl (which is copied from table_price_prog.name) to be the same size as the name field on the price_prog table. Because the colors.dat import file has also been moved from the FCFL product into Dovetail Agent, import the following data file into your system with dataex or ArchiveManager:
agent_colors.dat
Backup you global.asa and fc.env files.
Copy all of the files under the \pages directory to your system to install the updates and new files included with this release.
Copy your backup fc.env file into the pages directory.
