The Dovetail Agent no longer uses forms inside the Clarify Classic Client for managing web commands for web privilege class management. This is now performed using the FCFL Web Admin. Please refer to the FCFL User Guide for more details.
A small schema change has been incorporated - there is a new field on the x_web_cmd table named x_type. This allows web commands to be better organized.
Context menus are now available on items in the console. You can right-click an item (such as a case or CR), and open it, dispatch it, log notes, etc.
The part selection functionality on the CR form has been changed. It now gives you the ability to enter data on the CR form before doing a lookup.
Many pages have been modified to properly handle special characters.
