Two different address books are available with EEO and can be selected with the Which Address Book dropdown list:
The Outlook address book: If selected, the standard Outlook address book will open when the user clicks the To, CC, or BCC buttons.
The Dovetail Agent address book: If selected, an address book with access to contacts in the Clarify database will open when the user clicks the To, CC, or BCC buttons.
