Dovetail Agent includes the ability to broadcast an announcement to Dovetail Agent users.
An announcement is used to communicate an important message to all users. It will appear at the top of the console. Once users have read the announcement, they can dismiss the message so that the announcement doesn't clutter their workspace.
Administrators can create an announcement using the Admin page within Dovetail Agent, and set the start and end date of the announcement.
Please Note that you can include HTML in the announcement. The resulting message would look like this:
