CreateEcoLaborDetail(CreateEcoLaborDetailSetup) Method

Add a Labor Detail to a ECO Header. This overload takes a setup object.

setupParam: Setup object for API invocation.

Return Value

A ToolkitResult instance with no properties set. The properties (Objid, IDNum, etc.) are not relevant to this API.
