DispatchFieldEngineer(String) Method

Dispatch the FieldEngineer to the specified queue. This overload takes a set of required parameters for the API.

Parameters

caseIDNum: The identifier of the Case with which this Dispatch FE is associated

Return Value

The following values are populated in the ToolkitResult object returned by the API method:

Objid - Objid of the Dispatch FE record.

Remarks

The FieldEngineer must be in open condition, and not currently dispatched to a queue.
