DispatchFieldEngineer(String) Method

The identifier of the Case with which this Dispatch FE is associated
Dispatch the FieldEngineer to the specified queue. This overload takes a set of required parameters for the API.

Parameters

caseIDNum
The identifier of the Case with which this Dispatch FE is associated

Return Value

The following values are populated in the ToolkitResult object returned by the API method:
  • Objid - Objid of the Dispatch FE record.
Remarks
The FieldEngineer must be in open condition, and not currently dispatched to a queue.

Platforms: Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0, Windows Millennium Edition, Windows 2000, Windows XP Home Edition, Windows XP Professional, Windows Server 2003 family
