Parameters

setupParam

Setup object for API invocation.

transaction

Database transaction under which the API will be invoked.

Return Value

A new description can be specified, or the current description can appended by using  “+” as the first character of the text to add to the original description.

To use the original appointment time, don’t specify the start_time or end_time. To change the start/end time, specify either both times or specify one time and a duration specified in seconds.
