CreateSolution() Method

Create a Solution. This overload takes a set of required parameters for the API.
Syntax

Public Overloads Function CreateSolution() As CreateSolutionResult
public CreateSolutionResult CreateSolution()

Return Value

The following values are populated in the CreateSolutionResult object returned by the API method:
  • Objid - The Objid of the Solution.
  • WorkaroundObjid - Objid of the Workaround that is created along with the Solution
  • IDNum - The IDNum of the Solution.

Requirements

Platforms: Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0, Windows Millennium Edition, Windows 2000, Windows XP Home Edition, Windows XP Professional, Windows Server 2003 family
