DispatchCR Method

Dispatch the CR to the specified queue. This overload takes a set of required parameters for the API.

DispatchCR(DispatchCRSetup)Dispatch the CR to the specified queue. This overload takes a setup object.  
DispatchCR(DispatchCRSetup,IDbTransaction)Dispatch the CR to the specified queue. This overload takes a setup object and a database transaction.  
Remarks
The CR must be in open condition, and not currently dispatched to a queue.
