ReopenCR(String) Method
Identifier of the CR being reopened.
Reopen a CR. This overload takes a set of required parameters for the API.

Parameters
crIDNum
Identifier of the CR being reopened.
Return Value
A ToolkitResult instance with no properties set. The properties (Objid, IDNum, etc.) are not relevant to this API.
Remarks
It must be in a condition other than “Open”, and cannot be dispatched.
