	GenerateTimeBombs	Specifies if timebombs should be created.
	InternalUseOnlyNotes	Notes designated for Internal Use Only.
	LogDate	The DateTime the Contract Note was logged. If not set, the current time is used.
	Notes	The notes being logged to the Contract.
	UserName	The user who is logging the Contract Note. If not set, the Toolkit session user is used.
