CreateExpenseLogSetup Class Members

	BillTo	Element from the 'Bill To Time' application list. If not set the default list value is used.
	CaseIDNum	The identifier of the Case with which this Expense Log is associated
	CreateDate	The DateTime the Expense Log was created. If not set, the current time is used.
	ExpenseType	Element from the 'Expense Type' application list. If not set the default list value is used.
	IsBillable	Specifies if the Expense Log is billable.
	Notes	Notes about the Expense Log.
	OnsiteLogObjid	The Objid of the Onsite Log that this Expense Log is related to.
	PerformedByUserName	The user who is performed the action specified by the Expense Log. If not set, the session user is used.
	Quantity	The number of units that are being applied to the Onsite Log.
	Rate	The billing rate per unit. If no rate is specified, the labor rate of the performing employee is used.
	Resolution	Element from the 'Resolution' application list. If not set the default list value is used.
	UserName	The user who created the Expense Log. If not set, the Toolkit session user is used.
