RejectQuoteSetup Class Members

	GenerateTimeBombs	Specifies if timebombs should be created.
	Notes	The reason the Quote was rejected from the queue into which it was dispatched.
	QuoteIDNum	Quote Identifier.
	RejectDate	DateTime the Quote was rejected. If not set, the current time is used.
	UserName	The user who has rejected the Quote. If not set, the Toolkit session user is used.
	WipBin	User's WipBin in which to place the Quote. If not set, the UserName's default is used.
