AssignSubcaseSetup Class Members

	Name	Description
	AssignDate	DateTime the Subcase was assigned. If not set, the current time is used.
	GenerateTimeBombs	Specifies if timebombs should be created.
	NewUser	The new user to which the Subcase is to be assigned.
	SubcaseIDNum	Subcase Identifier.
	UserName	The user who has assigned the Subcase. If not set, the Toolkit session user is used.
	WipBin	User's WipBin in which to place the Subcase. If not set, the UserName's default is used.
