	GenerateTimeBombs	Specifies if timebombs should be created.
	Notes	The reason the Subcase was rejected from the queue into which it was dispatched.
	RejectDate	DateTime the Subcase was rejected. If not set, the current time is used.
	SubcaseIDNum	Subcase Identifier.
	UserName	The user who has rejected the Subcase. If not set, the Toolkit session user is used.
	WipBin	User's WipBin in which to place the Subcase. If not set, the UserName's default is used.
