AssignQuoteSetup Class Members

	Name	Description
	AssignDate	DateTime the Quote was assigned. If not set, the current time is used.
	GenerateTimeBombs	Specifies if timebombs should be created.
	NewUser	The new user to which the Quote is to be assigned.
	QuoteIDNum	Quote Identifier.
	UserName	The user who has assigned the Quote. If not set, the Toolkit session user is used.
	WipBin	User's WipBin in which to place the Quote. If not set, the UserName's default is used.
