	GenerateTimeBombs	Specifies if timebombs should be created.
	QuoteIDNum	Quote Identifier.
	UserName	The user who has yanked the Quote. If not set, the Toolkit session user is used.
	WipBin	User's WipBin in which to place the Quote. If not set, the UserName's default is used.
	YankDate	DateTime the Quote was yanked. If not set, the current time is used.
