DepotRepairToolkit Class

Provides APIs to modify Logistics Depot Repair objects such as Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), labor, and material costs.  For example, some of these APIs allow you to create, modify, and delete ECO headers and details, apply ECOs, create and modify labor records, and create/modify material records, and more.
