CreateOnsiteLogSetup Class Members

	Notes	Notes about the Onsite Log.
	ObjectIDNum	Specifies the Id Number of this Onsite Log's Case or Subcase.
	ObjectType	Specifies whether this Onsite Log is tied to a Case or Subcase.
	PerformedByUserName	The user who is performed the action specified by the Onsite Log. If not set, the session user is used.
	Resolution	Element from the 'Resolution' application list. If not set the default list value is used.
	UserName	The user who created the Onsite Log. If not set, the Toolkit session user is used.
