UpdateExpenseLogSetup Class Members

	BillTo	Element from the 'Bill To Time' application list. If not set the default list value is used.
	CreateDate	The DateTime the Expense Log was modified. If not set, the current time is used.
	ExpenseLogObjid	The Objid of the Expense Log being modified.
	ExpenseType	Element from the 'Expense Type' application list. If not set the default list value is used.
	IsBillable	Specifies if the Expense Log is billable.
	Notes	Notes that will update the notes field on the onsite log
	PerformedByUserName	The user who is performed the action specified by the Expense Log. If not set, the session user is used.
	Quantity	The number of units that are being applied to the Onsite Log.
	Rate	The billing rate per unit. If no rate is specified, the labor rate of the performing employee is used.
	Resolution	Element from the 'Resolution' application list. If not set the default list value is used.
	UserName	The user who is updating the Expense Log. If not set, the session user is used.
