CreateInteraction(CreateInteractionSetup) Method

Setup object for API invocation.

Creates an Interaction in Clarify. This overload takes a setup object.

Parameters

setupParam

Setup object for API invocation.

Return Value

The following values are populated in the ToolkitResult object returned by the API method:

  • IDNum - The IDNum of the Interaction.
  • Objid - The Objid of the Interaction.

Remarks

An interaction stores information on communications with Contacts.
