RejectSolutionSetup Class Members

	GenerateTimeBombs	Specifies if timebombs should be created.
	Notes	The reason the Solution was rejected from the queue into which it was dispatched.
	RejectDate	DateTime the Solution was rejected. If not set, the current time is used.
	SolutionIDNum	Solution Identifier.
	UserName	The user who has rejected the Solution. If not set, the Toolkit session user is used.
	WipBin	User's WipBin in which to place the Solution. If not set, the UserName's default is used.
