DuplicateCRSetup Class Members

	CloseDate	DateTime the CR was closed. If not set, the current date time is used.
	CRIDNum	Identifier of the CR being marked as a duplicate.
	GenerateTimeBombs	Specifies if timebombs should be created.
	MasterCRIDNum	Identifier of the 'master' CR this CR duplicates.
	Status	The new status for the duplicate Change Request. If not set, the default status is used.
	UserName	The user duplicating the CR. If not set, the session user is used.
