	CRIDNum	CR Identifier.
	ForwardDate	DateTime the CR was forwarded. If not set, the current time is used.
	GenerateTimeBombs	Specifies if timebombs should be created.
	NewQueue	The new queue into which the CR is to be forwarded.
	Notes	The reason the CR was rejected from the queue into which it was dispatched.
	UserName	The user who has forwarded the CR. If not set, the Toolkit session user is used.
