RejectCRSetup Class Members

	Name	Description
	CRIDNum	CR Identifier.
	GenerateTimeBombs	Specifies if timebombs should be created.
	Notes	The reason the CR was rejected from the queue into which it was dispatched.
	RejectDate	DateTime the CR was rejected. If not set, the current time is used.
	UserName	The user who has rejected the CR. If not set, the Toolkit session user is used.
	WipBin	User's WipBin in which to place the CR. If not set, the UserName's default is used.
