	CRIDNum	CR Identifier.
	GenerateTimeBombs	Specifies if timebombs should be created.
	UserName	The user who has yanked the CR. If not set, the Toolkit session user is used.
	WipBin	User's WipBin in which to place the CR. If not set, the UserName's default is used.
	YankDate	DateTime the CR was yanked. If not set, the current time is used.
