	Name	Description
	ActionItemIDNum	ActionItem Identifier.
	AssignDate	DateTime the ActionItem was assigned. If not set, the current time is used.
	GenerateTimeBombs	Specifies if timebombs should be created.
	NewUser	The new user to which the ActionItem is to be assigned.
	UserName	The user who has assigned the ActionItem. If not set, the Toolkit session user is used.
	WipBin	User's WipBin in which to place the ActionItem. If not set, the UserName's default is used.
