	GenerateTimeBombs	Specifies if timebombs should be created.
	NewQueue	The new queue into which the ActionItem is to be forwarded.
	Notes	The reason the ActionItem was rejected from the queue into which it was dispatched.
	UserName	The user who has forwarded the ActionItem. If not set, the Toolkit session user is used.
