	AcceptDate	DateTime the Subcase was accepted. If not set, the current time is used.
	GenerateTimeBombs	Specifies if timebombs should be created.
	SubcaseIDNum	Subcase Identifier.
	UserName	The user who has accepted the Subcase. If not set, the Toolkit session user is used.
	WipBin	User's WipBin in which to place the Subcase. If not set, the UserName's default is used.
