	CaseIDNum	Case Identifier.
	ChangeDate	DateTime the change was made. If not set, the current time is used.
	ContactFirstName	Contact's first name.
	ContactLastName	Contact's last name.
	ContactPhone	Contact's phone number.
	GenerateTimeBombs	Specifies if timebombs should be created.
	OnlyOpen	The OnlyOpen property, which defaults to true, is checked before updating the case contact.
