ForwardSubcaseSetup Class Members

	ForwardDate	DateTime the Subcase was forwarded. If not set, the current time is used.
	GenerateTimeBombs	Specifies if timebombs should be created.
	NewQueue	The new queue into which the Subcase is to be forwarded.
	Notes	The reason the Subcase was rejected from the queue into which it was dispatched.
	SubcaseIDNum	Subcase Identifier.
	UserName	The user who has forwarded the Subcase. If not set, the Toolkit session user is used.
