	Notes	Additional notes for the log.
	PriorWarning	The length of time preceding the commitment expiration in which the owner will be warned. If not set, no prior warning is given.
	SubcaseIDNum	Identifier of the Subcase against which the commitment is being logged.
	Title	Title of the commitment.
	UserName	User who created the log. If not set, the session user is used.
