	LogDate	DateTime the log was created. If not set, the current time is used.
	NewStatus	New status for the Subcase.
	Notes	Notes to be logged to the Subcase.
	SubcaseIDNum	Identifier of the Subcase against which the note is being logged.
	UserName	User who created the log. If not set, the session user is used.
