If using the Clarify-supplied directives files, we recommend editing the files' UNIQUE_FIELD lines so that the archive does not rely on objid as the unique key. To view sample files with this change, open the clarify_case.arc, clarify_contact.arc, or clarify_site.arc files that were shipped with ArchiveManager.
