Password Validation Rules

Password Validation rules can be activated, and will be used for both users and web users. The available rules are as follows:

• Minimum Length
• Prohibit Forbidden Non-Alpha Character
• Prohibit Space Or Underscore
• Require At Least One Lower Case Character
• Require At Least One Upper Case Character
• Require First Character Is Alpha Character (Oracle Only)
• Require Letters
• Require Mixed Case
• Require Numbers
• Require Special Chars
• User Name Can't Be Password

These rules are each configured in the pages/config.js file. Set the minimum length to 0 if not required, or the length required. Set the other values to "true" to activate them, or "false" to turn them off.
