Enhancements

This version of Dovetail Agent now allows Flashes to be managed within Dovetail Agent and linked to any object in the Clarify database that has been defined as flash-capable via the Dovetail Admin Flash Tables. The flashes can be maintained within Dovetail Agent. Flashes are a very useful feature in Clarify. They allow you to put important reminders on a variety of objects. These reminders can be displayed at key points in the Clarify workflow. Please refer to the Flashes Anywhere section of this document for more details.

Also new in this release:

• The Contract Manager now has complete functionality - you can create and update contracts.
• Dovetail Agent now has Switch User functionality.
• Dovetail Agent can now act as a DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange) Server and as a DDE Client.
• The Activity Log form has been enhanced with filtering and sorting capabilities.
• You can now Log Email for a contact.
• The Window manager has been enhanced.
• In previous versions, the agent_lists_data.dat was required for Queries. This requirement has been removed, so the data file is no longer shipped with Dovetail Agent.
