Upgrading to Version 2.3

1. Install the latest FCFL and fcToolkit DLLs.
   • Product: FCFL, Version: 3.4, DLL Version: 3.4.0.3
   • Product: FCCS, Version: 1.2, DLL Version: 1.2.0.2
   • Product: FCINTER, Version: 1.4, DLL Version: 1.4.0.1
   • Product: FCCQ, Version: 1.1, DLL Version: 1.1.0.14
2. Add the following items to your database schema. They are documented in the agent_schema.sch file.
   • The interact2site relation on table_interact
   • The site2interact relation on table_site
   • The new interact_site view
   • The new email_recipients table
   • 5 new custom fields on table_email_log
   • 3 new relations on table_email_log
3. Copy all of the files under the \pages directory to your system to install the updates and new files included with this release.
4. Import the following data files into your system with Dataex or ArchiveManager:
   • agent_callcenter_data.dat
   • agent_colors.dat
   • agent_support_data.dat
   • agent_basic_data.dat
   • agent_lists_data.dat
   • agent_config_data.dat
5. If you wish to use EEO or Attachments, install the aspSmartUpload components. Refer to the Installation section of this document for full details.
