Changing how often the Notifier Checks for Messages

  1. Go to User > Profile > Preferences tab.
  2. In the Notifier Frequency field, enter, in seconds (0-999999), how often the Notifier should check for messages.

    Note: The default frequency is a configuration item that is defined in the agent_config.dat file.

  3. Select Save.
