The global menu items (User, New, Select, and Setup) in the Control Pane handle overall behavior. Not all menu items are displayed for every user. Administrators can control which items appear for which users by using privclasses in Dovetail Admin.
Notes
The Setup menu only appears if the user has permissions to perform at least one of the functions from this menu.
The Subcase item does not appear on the New menu, because subcases are created from the Case form.
