SupportToolkit Class
Members 

Provides APIs to allow you to modify basic ClearSupport objects such as Case and Subcase.

Methods on the SupportToolkit object allow you to create, modify, close, dispatch, accept, reject, assign, yank, move, change status, log notes, reopen, and more.
