Provides APIs to allow you to modify the basic ClearQuality object: the Change Request.
These APIs can be used in custom web pages, the Clarify thick-client GUI, or in interfaces.
Functions are provided to allow you to create, modify, close, dispatch, accept, reject, assign, yank, move, change status, log notes, reopen, fix, and more.
