CreateCase Method

Creates a new Case. This overload takes a set of required parameters for the API.

CreateCase(CreateCaseSetup)Creates a new Case. This overload takes a setup object.  
CreateCase(CreateCaseSetup,IDbTransaction)Creates a new Case. This overload takes a setup object and a database transaction.
