System Requirements - fcSDK

fcSDK Environment Requirements

This version of fcSDK requires the following prerequisites:

• Operating System:
  • Microsoft Windows 7
  • Microsoft Windows 8
  • Microsoft Windows 10
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2016, 2022
  • Both 32 and 64 bit versions of Dovetail SDK are available.
• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.x
  • Install through Windows Update
  • Or Download from: Microsoft
• Hardware
  • Intel Pentium II (or compatible) 400MHz or faster
  • 1 GB RAM or higher
  • 30MB (estimate) free hard disk space or more

Database

• Microsoft SQL Server versions 2005, 2008, 2012, 2014 -OR-
• Oracle Database Server versions 9i, 10g, 11g, 12c, 19c ([1])

Clarify/Amdocs System Environment

• Clarify 7 through Clarify 12.x
• Amdocs 6.x
• Amdocs 7.x

[1] - Setting the MaxRecords property on the Compatibility FCGeneric object is not supported on Oracle 7.x and Oracle 8.0.x. For more details, please see the FCGeneric Changes in the Compatibility Guide.
