QualityToolkit Class

Provides APIs to allow you to modify the basic ClearQuality object: the Change Request. Methods on the QualityToolkit object allow you to create, modify, close, dispatch, accept, reject, assign, yank, move, change status, log notes, reopen, fix, and more.
