ForwardCaseSetup Class Members

	Name	Description
	CaseIDNum	Case Identifier.
	ForwardDate	DateTime the Case was forwarded. If not set, the current time is used.
	GenerateTimeBombs	Specifies if timebombs should be created.
	NewQueue	The new queue into which the Case is to be forwarded.
	Notes	The reason the Case was rejected from the queue into which it was dispatched.
	UserName	The user who has forwarded the Case. If not set, the Toolkit session user is used.
