Dovetail Search for Clarify allows agents to search Clarify data using a powerful and familiar Google-like search interface from within the Clarify Classic Client. It works in conjunction with Dovetail Seeker to provide powerful search capabilities.
Dovetail Seeker is the force behind Search. It's responsible for performing the actual search, and returning the search results.
Dovetail Search provides the User Interface (UI) for searching and displaying retrieved search results from within the Clarify Classic Client. Dovetail Search for Clarify makes a request to Seeker, and Seeker returns a set of search results. Dovetail Search displays these results in a simple, intuitive format.
